StarFlash 2.0 Series Standards Released
At the 2024 International StarFlash Alliance Industry Summit held on March 30th, the StarFlash Alliance announced the expansion of the Alliance’s membership to 935 units and the release of the StarFlash 2.0 series of standards. StarFlash 2.0 completes the StarFlash end-to-end protocol system, fully supporting native audio and video, human-computer interaction, positioning and other applications. The conference also showcased 31 new StarFlash products.
Sogou Hardware Products Will Stop Service on May 30th
Sogou released an announcement on March 30th, announcing that due to business restructuring, Sogou’s hardware products, including Sugar Cat Watch, Sugar Cat Home, Sugar Cat Dictionary Pen, Sogou Translator / Translator Pen, and Sogou Voice Recorder will stop service on May 30th, 2024 at 23:59 pm. Sogou will no longer provide any online service, technical support and repair service after the service is discontinued. Users need to back up their data before May 30, 2024, and Sogou will delete all user data after the service is discontinued.
AMD Announces Ryzen™ 5 7235H/7235HS Mobile Processors
AMD quietly announced two new APUs on its official website recently — the Ryzen™ 5 7235H and the Ryzen™ 5 7235HS, both of which feature the Zen 3+ core architecture of the Rembrand-R chip and are part of the Ryzen™ 7035 series. In terms of specifications, AMD Ryzen™ 5 7235H and Ryzen™ 5 7235HS are both manufactured using TSMC’s 6nm FinFET process, offering 4 cores and 8 threads, with a base core frequency of 3.2GHz and an acceleration frequency of up to 4.2GHz, 2MB of L2 cache and 8MB of L3 cache, a default TDP of 45W, a cTDP of between 35-53W, PCIe 4.0 lanes, support for It offers PCIe 4.0 lanes, supports dual-channel DDR5-4800 memory, and needs to be paired with a discrete display for use, and is mainly aimed at the mid-range to low-end laptop or mini-console market.
Samsung Adds back OLED Burn-in Prevention in One UI 6.1

Microsoft to Split Teams and Office Globally
Microsoft announced on April 1 that it will split the sales and operations of its chat and video app Teams and Office products globally. Six months ago, Microsoft had split the operation of the two products in Europe in order to avoid possible antitrust fines in the European Union. Effective immediately, users have the option to continue with their current license agreement or renew, update or switch to the new products/services. For new business customers, the price of Office without Teams ranges from $7.75 to $54.75, depending on the product, and Teams is priced separately at $5.25 (currently about Rs. 38), which may vary by currency, but Microsoft did not disclose the current price of the packaged products.
